Dashboard sketches
The first steps to visualize the parallel Dashboards, where the users of the buyer side can only work when they get access from the seller side.
On the left paper you can see how I highlighted and connected the points Document Creation and Documents editor. Each sitting on a different side and accessible from a different dashboard.
On the right paper, the first property on the dashboard expands to show the documentation related. Possibly expanding to the right and taking space from the notification side-bar.
From Dashboard to Create/Edit documents tool
The PLUS button allows, from the Seller side, to jump on a new interface where to create and share a new document with the buyer side.
On the right paper you can see the Edit version of this tool, where the buyers lawyers can easily interact with it for annotations, red flags, findings, make questions and bookmarks.
Wireframes and Prototype
This is just a short prototype flow that shows how to get to the Document Creator tool. Once the document is ready to go and shared, it will appear under the chosen property.
The second prototype flow shows how the buyer, which is connected to only a specific property due to restricted access, simultaneously can see the same shared document, duplicate it and open it with the twin Editor tool.
High fidelity / UI
Please scroll horizontally to see the different pages on both carousels.
The first one shows the Seller side, starting from the Dashboard with 4 notifications, to the Document Create tool and the sharing step. Then we jump back to the dashboard with now 5 notifications and the visualization of the new shared document under the First Property.
The second carousel shows the twin Dashboard and how the Buyer can see and duplicate the same document, in order to view it and edit it. The Request attachment CTA, allows the lawyer to reach and ask for further information from third parties, eg. via email or other applications.
